I have been hard at work preparing for the first few issues of Game On! Magazine. It's been a long process, but one that I am 100 percent passionate about and I am so excited for the debut issue in July.
Along with writing stories and laying out the magazine, I've received a crash course on the business side of the operation ... which brings me to the topic of today's post.
Along with subscriptions, advertising and sponsorships are providing the main source of revenue for the magazine. There are multiple ways you can go about this. I am offering 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full page ads. I am also offering a sponsorship page where your name or company can be listed among other sponsors! Finally, if you are an artist who usually travels on the convention circuit, I am offering a digital artists alley. These will be smaller ads, but will provide a link back to your website and is a way for you to reach a growing audience every month for an affordable price.
